Ah! My Goddess

A good ecchi anime. What more is there to say? If you like looking at pretty, naive women, this is your anime. You can download the season one of Ah! My Goddess from AnimeYuki (torrent). Ah! My Goddess is also a good-feel anime, with plenty of good deeds, unwavering faithfulness and devotion. (more…)

Chobits

Wow. This anime has a fantastic, mysterious story. Lots of ecchi, too. Always a plus! (more…)

  • Clannad

I love this anime. The style is so crisp and colorful, with high contrast especially present on clothes and hair. The faces are cutely drawn and the intro is so damn good — reminds me of Love Hina. The ending is a lot of fun, too. (more…)

    CODE-E

This anime has a refreshing opening theme, even though no vocal track is present (one does exist on the ending theme, however). On a nice audio setup, the bass hits hard and long at certain points. (more…)

    Dragonaut the Resonance

This anime makes the Gundam characters and their mechs look like a bunch of pussies — well, except for the whiny Jin and his teen-angst childhood friend. What could be better than piloting a dragon? Nothing. (more…)

    Kaze no Stigma

I’m a little disappointed with this anime. I had high hopes for it to be the Japanese answer to, “The Last Air Bender”, but it’s just leaving a mediocre taste in my mouth; still, the series has only just begun at 15 episodes, so I may hold my breath a bit longer before I pass full judgement. (more…)

    Please Teacher

If there ever was an anime that exemplifies beyond-platonic teacher-student relationships, here it is. Please Teacher has it all: comedy and bouncy women. This is another short anime, at 13 episodes, the final episode being a DVD release. (more…)

    Rosario + Vampire

Holy shit, this anime is full of gratuitous panty shots and displays of the most ecchi you’ll see without it being called hentai. It’s actually a bit annoying at times, but the animation style is very crisp and sharp. This is more of a happy anime with no real story line as far as I can see but, nonetheless, does deliver on the comedy aspect. Moka is cute and innocence, but still a vampire, though she can suck me any day she wants. (more…)

    School Days

When I first came across this anime, I was a little skeptical; so far, my experience with school life-based anime had been dull. This anime proved to break that mold and provided an entertaining, even exciting, story, while still providing lots of beautiful animation and music. (more…)

    Sola

Sola is an unfortunately short but very sweet fantasy anime, with Naru Nanao designing characters (take a look at Minitokyo and AnimePaper for some of her art). The combination of soothing music, wonderfully vibrant colors, and an excellent storyline make this an anime worth watching, up there with other ecchi titles, like Please Teacher and Ah! My Goddess. The last episode airs in two days, and I look forward to it. (more…)
